These Terms govern all Funventure Services
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Funventure Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Tarasowa 16/16B, 32-087 Zielonki, Poland (“Funventure”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to every game, mobile or desktop application, website, online feature, community space and related digital service we provide (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. A Service may display additional rules for a feature, event, promotion or platform. Those rules form part of these Terms for that feature. If they conflict, the more specific rules apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
02 · Eligibility & accounts
Use an account you are allowed to control
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you are below the age at which you can enter into this agreement in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. A Service or platform may set a higher minimum age.
Where an account is available, provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not sell, buy, lend, share or transfer an account except through a feature we expressly provide.
03 · Your license
Personal access, not ownership
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Services for private, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of any Service, account, software, content or virtual item.
You may install and use a Service only through an authorized source and on compatible devices you control. Any rights not expressly granted remain with Funventure and its licensors.
04 · Rules of play
Protect the experience for everyone
You must not:
- Cheat or automate play. Do not use bots, scripts, macros, unauthorized mods, exploits or third-party software that changes or automates a Service.
- Interfere with systems. Do not attack, overload, probe, bypass security, manipulate traffic or disrupt a Service or another player’s access.
- Reverse engineer. Do not copy, scrape, decompile, disassemble or derive source code or data except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Abuse other people. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, discriminate against or expose private information about others.
- Misuse open markets or trade directly. Some Services include anonymous open markets for ordinary, independent in-game listings and purchases. They are not direct player-to-player trading or gifting systems. Do not arrange a listing or purchase with a chosen recipient; sell, give away or transfer value outside the designed market flow; move items or currency between accounts you own or control; farm on a secondary account for a main account; use mule accounts or networks; synchronize listings; manipulate prices; or otherwise bypass market anonymity, transfer limits, progression or economy rules.
- Trade outside approved features. Do not sell accounts, Virtual Items, currency, access or Services for real money, or advertise or use unauthorized markets.
- Break the law or others’ rights. Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative or malicious content.
Any arranged transfer through an anonymous market is a material breach of these Terms, whether or not real money is involved. We may cancel or reverse suspicious transactions, remove affected Virtual Items or currency, restrict market access, and suspend or terminate participating or supporting accounts.
We may investigate suspected violations and use automated or manual tools to protect the Services. Report security vulnerabilities privately rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing them.
05 · User content
Your content remains yours
You may be able to submit names, messages, images, feedback or other content (“User Content”). You keep any ownership rights you already have. You give Funventure a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display and communicate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the relevant Service or feature. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where continued storage is technically necessary, required by law or the content has been shared with others who retain it.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit User Content. We may moderate, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, feature rules or applicable law, but we are not required to pre-screen everything users submit.
06 · Purchases & subscriptions
Your platform handles the transaction
Some Services offer paid downloads, subscriptions, virtual items or other digital content. The price, currency, taxes, duration and included benefits are shown before purchase. Transactions made through an app store or platform are also governed by that platform’s payment terms. The platform normally processes payment and any eligible refund; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically only when disclosed at purchase. You can manage or cancel them in the account settings of the platform used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not remove access already paid for. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the relevant platform’s policy. Nothing here limits mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming digital content or services.
07 · Virtual items
Licensed features with no cash value
Virtual currency, points, items, rewards, passes and similar digital features (“Virtual Items”) are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred outside the relevant Service unless we expressly allow it. Unauthorized sales or exchanges are prohibited.
The availability of an anonymous open market does not authorize direct trades, gifts or targeted transfers. Each listing and purchase must be independent and use the market as designed; attempting to route value to a specific account, including through secondary or mule accounts, is prohibited.
We may balance, modify or discontinue Virtual Items as the Service evolves. We will do so consistently with applicable law and will not remove mandatory consumer remedies. Virtual Items obtained fraudulently, through error, chargeback, exploit or Terms violation may be corrected or removed.
08 · Service changes
Live services evolve
We may update software, features, content, economies, compatibility requirements and technical systems to improve play, maintain security, comply with law or continue operating a Service. Maintenance, testing, network failures or events outside our control may interrupt access.
We may discontinue a Service or material feature. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice and any remedy required by law. Beta, preview or test features may be incomplete, change frequently and be withdrawn.
09 · Suspension & termination
Access can end when rules are broken
You may stop using a Service at any time and may request account deletion where available. We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, chargeback abuse, harm to others or a legal requirement. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the decision and provide a way to appeal. When access ends, the license granted by these Terms ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, responsibility and dispute terms—remain effective.
10 · Our content
Funventure worlds are protected
The Services and their software, artwork, characters, stories, music, audio, text, designs, databases, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to Funventure and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not use them outside the license granted above without prior written permission, except where law permits.
If you send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. Please do not submit confidential material or ideas you expect us to keep exclusive.
11 · Third-party services
Other providers have their own rules
The Services may connect to app stores, platform accounts, payment systems, advertising, social networks or external websites. Those services are controlled by their providers and governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Funventure is not responsible for third-party services, except where applicable law says otherwise.
12 · Responsibility
Reasonable expectations, protected rights
We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, permanent availability of online features, or compatibility with every device, network or third-party service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funventure is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party services, or business losses arising from consumer use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.
13 · Law & disputes
Start with a conversation
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of mandatory protections and court rights available in the country where you normally live. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a dispute only in Poland where local law gives another right.
14 · Updates
When these Terms change
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security or business operations. We will post the new version here and revise the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required. Changes apply going forward; continued use after they take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
