This material can be collected from a tree in the Ruins of Elven Temple (Einlor). You can harvest the tree once every 23h for 7 leaves. To reach the tree enter the well and go left. It is used for crafting the Ring of Hope.
During the story access to the tree is blocked off by a pile of Blood Marble. To finish the story quest requiring you to get leaves of light instead go back to the prison you got thrown into. There you'll find a leaf on the ground (doesn't respawn).
