Warbosses are found on the 12th floor of the Ruins of Elven Temple (Mitar). They have an ability that gives a 20% chance for a 5 second enemy stun. Coupled with a 1 second attack time, this stun chance can render a player stunned for long periods of time, or what is commonly referred to as "Stun Locked". There are a maximum of 3 Warbosses at a time, and they have a respawn timer of 5:00 minutes.
