Clicking on the backpack at the bottom left corner brings up the currencies and minerals tab of the player's inventory. Above the inventory items is where the basic player information can be found.

Combat Info

The top line gives the combat information for the player's currently equipped gear. From left to right, this is total hit points/health (red box), basic damage per attack (orange), defense (blue), and attack speed (green). Attack speed is the time between attacks, so the lower the number, the faster the player attacks.

Name

Second line is the player's name. This can be changed at Your House.

Guild

If the player is in a guild, the guild name and crest will show up beneath the player name.

Avatar

Below guild is a display of the character/avatar, with equipped shield and weapon. Looks can be changed at Your House.

Hero Power

Below the avatar is a number representing your Hero Power. This number factors in your equipped gear as well as any runewords, and is supposed to be a reflection of your current PVP strength. PVP has not yet been added to the game, but is planned for a future update.

Level

At the middle of the screen is the player's current level and the experience point progress bar to the next level. Levels are important for multiple reasons. First, an additional runeword slot is unlocked at levels 5, 10, 25, and 60. Second, equipment is now level-locked by tier. Tier 3 (yellow border) gear requires level 15 to equip it. Tier 4 (orange) requires level 40. Tier 5 (red) requires level 50.
