After building your house, the old man will talk to you again asking you to chop the tree to get some wood and to build the trainer's house.
Dialogue:
Wow! Did you rebuild it on your own?
Ohh, the memories are coming back...
Hmm, maybe you can try to rebuild Jack house as well?
He is a local Pet Trainer, unfortunately his place was destroyed with the rest of the village.
If you will rebuild his place, he will be able to start training pets right away!
