At the Summoners Wall you can use Sacred Soul Stones to buy Summon Artifacts and Eternal Souls, enabling you to fight Guild Bosses.
There is a tab with a limited amount of discounted purchases per day.

In addition to that it also lets you exchange Elite Slayer Tokens you get from participating in slaying Guild Bosses for Boss Scrolls (this does not include The Great Council Portal and Uber Scroll Portal).
