Mitar Quest 19: Defeat Raghor

Pre-requisite: Complete Mitar Quest 18: High Uldred.
Now that you have acquired an Amulet of Protection, you must beat the third and final Boss of Mitar, Raghor. He is currently the final Boss of the game. A look at his stats will show that he is unique in that he is the first monster to deal two types of elemental damage, both Fire and Earth. However, he has no Earth resistance, and that is the most common weakness players exploit in fighting him. While the previous quest requires the player to acquire an Amulet of Protection, it is not required to be used in defeating him.
Dialogue:
High Uldred: You're finally ready. This is the final step. Defeat Rahgor and reclaim Mitar for us.
