The Mage is the fourth monster you'll encounter in the Mystical Frozen Tower.
The first one will have 2400HP, 120 Attack, 65 Defense. Each subsequent one will have it's HP, ATT, DEF increase.

Mystical Frozen Tower drops are completely random, you can get all sword and shield schemes as well as Dark Angel Feather. You also get 25xp per floor.
