Dungeon Quest 4: Goblin Mil
From Miners Settlement - Game Wiki
Pre-requisite: Killing Goblins Leader. After killing the Goblins Leader go back to the village and you'll be approached by Goblin Mil again. He'll ask for some Magic Dust, which at this time only drops from the Goblins Leader until you progress further in the game.
Dialogue:
Oi ____! Did you manage to defeat the goblin leader?
Nicely done my friend! I'm so proud of you! This creepy monster will recover soon, sometimes the loot some special items.
Please bring me some magic dust. I must warn you it's really hard to find!
