Healer
From Miners Settlement - Game Wiki
The Healer is the sixth monster you'll encounter in the Mystical Frozen Tower.
The first one will have 1275HP, 70 Attack, 25 Defense. Each subsequent one will have it's HP, ATT, DEF increase.

Mystical Frozen Tower drops are completely random, you can get all sword and shield schemes as well as Dark Angel Feather. You also get 25xp per floor.
