Mitar Quest 17: Craft or Collect Amulet of Protection

Pre-requisite: Complete Mitar Quest 16: High Uldred.
Now that you have beaten the second Boss of Mitar, Sharra, you must obtain an amulet that will improve your power even more, the Amulet of Protection. You can collect one by purchasing one in the City Marketplace, or craft one at the Mitar Forge.
