Rods

Rods are items that you can equip in your tool slot. Like other tools they don't have any inherent abilities but unlock interactions at certain locations related to Fishing. There is currently only 1 set of rods in the game: the Virimel Rods. However more fishing gear will be added with the upcoming update of Ruins of Elven Temple (Einlor). Upgrading to the next tier of rod requires 2 of the previous tier, some Basic Rod Tokens and an additional material and can be done at the Fish Market in the Virimel Fishing Area. Stronger Rods give you higher tiers of fish, which makes it faster to get Fish Shop Tokens. For some of the higher tiers of fish you need to fish at the Sea Spot (uses Blue Bait).
