The city
The City: To gain access to the City you need to first have the City seal. Once you're able to defeat the troll in the first dungeon, go talk to the City guard, he will send you on the quest to receive the City seal. Once you receive the seal, you will hereafter be granted access to the City. You have now unlocked your ability to use the Open Marketplace.
Open Marketplace: The Open Marketplace will give you access to buy and sell various goods and gear to and from your fellow players. You are granted access immediately to sell items, however, you will not be given any quests to receive coins until after you defeat the Dungeon King. Once you defeat the Dungeon King, go talk to the Marketplace Trader, follow his Quest line, and each finished quest will give you Marketplace coins. Once you have coins available, you can now make purchases. Once you have selected your purchase it will be sent to your in-game mailbox, as well as any coins that you will receive from selling items. If you decide to put something in open market then change your mind, you can cancel the order, and it will also return to you via the mailbox.
