Tower Quest 3: Dragon King
After collecting feathers, this is the quest that baffles a lot of players cause it will not trigger until you defeat at least one of the Archangels. Once you do, go talk to the Dragon King at the Emerald Mine

There is someone that everyone in dungeons was afraid of. This someone is known as the Lord of Dissection.

You already fought with the Uber Archangel. Maybe you already saw he has three different incarnations? It's the first hint.

You will need to collect all 3 Archangel parts, a tooth, a hand, and a heart. Each are dropped by a specific Archangel (Leech, Rouge, Champion) and they appear at random when you open an Uber Scroll Portal. As a side note, you cannot reroll which archangel appears.
