Lord of Dissection Quest 1: Dragon King

Pre-requisite: having finished the last quest that requires you to collect a tooth, a hand, and a heart. Once you have completed that quest go talk to the Dragon King in the Emerald Mine he will talk about gear having sacred souls and request for you to bring him 10 daggers.
