Lord of Dissection Quest 2: Dragon King
Once you have the 10 Dagger quest done, you will need to talk to the Dragon King again and this time he will ask you to disassemble some gear and make 10 Sacred Soul Stone.
There is 2 ways to do this, first way is to go into your gear bag and click on any item you want to get rid of, you'll see that the option to drop it has been replaced by disassemble. The second way is to mass disassemble, up to 50 items at a time, by opening the gear bag and at the lower right side you will see a button that says "Dissasembly", click on that then you can start clicking all the gear you want to change into soul stones.

Wow! You already have them?
The stories are true about you! But remember not to be too confident in front of the Lord of Dissection.
